Limited Return Poilicy
If your system arrives damaged, please take pictures of all the damage, include a full description, and send it to lightning@lightningtek.com within 3 days of receiving your system. If you have any other problems, please send a full description of your problem with pictures to the beforementioned email address within 7 days of receiving your system. All of our systems are fully tested, expertly configured, meticulously packaged, and properly shipped with insurance and tracking to ensure that you receive a system that's ready to go. We will reply as soon as possible to help resolve your issue. If for any reason the system needs to returned to us, the cost of returning the system is the customers responsibility. In order for the system to be returned to us, all of the security stickers must still be intact, your original request must fall within the required return request time frames, and the system must be returned in the original packaging with all of the included accessories. Once received, we will determine the issue and will either repair the system or give a full or partial refund, the decision of which is completely up to Lightning TEK LLC. Every decision is made on a case by case basis. Thank you!
